Mississippi Teen Permit Practice Test Description

Mississippi teenagers must pass a driving exam and a written test in order to earn their permit. Teens can start preparing early with our Mississippi drivers practice test.

Mississippi Teen Permit

Mississippi teen drivers can earn a limited learner?s permit at age 14 if they are enrolled in a Driver?s Education course. Teens must get a standard learner?s permit at age 15. You must have your Mississippi Driving permit for one full year before you apply for your driver?s license. Make sure you are ready for your driving exam by taking practice tests. Review each test multiple times so that you are able pass your DPS Permit Test on your first try.

Start preparing today. Take the Road Signs and Signals Practice test to make sure you understand all traffic signals and road signs used in Mississippi. Some signs may be unfamiliar to you. You will not pass your test unless you know the meaning of these signs. Review the test multiple times. You will see a new selection of signs each time.

To earn your Mississippi driving permit, you will need to understand the information in the Mississippi DPS Drivers License handbook. Once you have reviewed the handbook, test your understanding with practice tests. You can take five different versions of the MS Permit Practice Test. The test includes questions on road rules, speed limits, turning and right-of-way. You will also be asked about safe driving techniques. Know your responsibilities as a driver and the penalties for traffic violations. Take advantage of the multiple practice tests so that you are prepared for your written exam. There is no limit to the number of times you can complete each test.

If you prepare using our practice tests, you will become familiar with the format of the DPS Permit Test. This will give you added confidence when you take your written Mississippi Teen Permit test.
