Nevada Drivers License Practice Test Description

To apply for your Nevada drivers license, you must pass the multiple choice written test. To ensure that you're ready for this portion of the application process, complete several practice tests available on our website.

Taking the DMV Practice Test

Getting your first drivers license is one of the most significant accomplishments for many people, and you should be completely prepared when you take your Nevada drivers license test. Our practice tests are conveniently available online to help you learn the information you need to get a passing score. Our NV DMV practice test includes a variety of questions and helpful explanations for you to increase your knowledge in preparation for the exam. You can also read the drivers handbook online to help you study the Nevada driving laws and road signs. The handbook is available for you to view and print from our website.

You will be tested on your knowledge of acceptable and safe driving practices, Nevada traffic laws, road hazards and warnings. The knowledge test has 50 multiple choice questions, and you're required to score at least 80 percent or higher to pass the test. You will complete the test using a touch-screen computer, or you can use an audio-based system. The test is available in English and Spanish. In addition to a knowledge test, you will also need to take a vision test and a skills test. The skills test will be administered under the guidance of a driving test administrator. Our practice tests are structured to help you perform well on both the knowledge and the skills test, and when you're issued your drivers license, you should be fully prepared and knowledgeable to practice safe driving habits on the road.

When it's time to take your Nevada drivers license test, our practice tests will have helped you gain the confidence you need. The Nevada DMV Drivers Handbook Manual is the first place to start the process of studying for your exam. When you feel confident that you are ready to assess your skills, try completing a DMV practice test.
