What You Need to Know About DPS Practice Test

The TX DPS practice test is designed to prepare you to pass the written portion of your final exams with ease. The questions aren't difficult, but as they are random questions, it can be hard to remember on test day everything that you studied for. This DPS practice test will help you to become aware of what you can expect when you're taking the real test. You will find that you'll become more accustomed to the whole testing atmosphere, which may even help to calm your nerves when the time comes to take the written exam.

The basic questions that can be found on the Texas drivers license test consist of driving rules and regulations that you must understand while you're on the road. These include everything from what to do to stay awake when driving long hours to speed limits within the city and out in the country. When studying for both the practice test and the final test, you can find everything you need to know in the Texas DPS Drivers Handbook.

While taking the TX DPS practice test, you'll be quizzed on 20 questions, all of them random. In order to pass this test, as well as the written exam, you'll need to answer 80 percent of the questions correctly, which equates to 16 out of 20.
