Georgia Drivers License Practice Test Description

To become a licensed driver, you must first pass a number of difficult driving tests. To do so, it's recommended that you take our GA DDS practice test as many times as you see fit.

How to Pass the Georgia Drivers License Test

Anyone that wants the freedom of driving will first need to earn a Georgia drivers license. The only way to do this is by passing a few tests that are meant to ascertain whether or not you are prepared to take on this responsibility. However, these tests are not frustratingly difficult, especially if you study beforehand and take practice tests to give you a feel of what these driving tests will be like.

There are two tests that you will face, a written one and a driving one. The written examination includes a section that focuses on driving rules and regulations and one involving traffic signs. The DDS practice test was crafted as a means to help you pass the portion of the written test that centers on driving regulations as this takes up the bulk of the Georgia drivers license test. These regulations cover nearly every scenario you will encounter on the road, such as what to do when a school bus is stopped on the opposite side of the road and at what BAC level it is illegal to drive.

As is also the case with the final test, the questions on the GA DDS practice test will be posed to you in the form of multiple choice. The practice test consists of 20 randomized questions, of which you will need answer at least 80 percent correctly, or 16 out of 20 questions. The best aspect of the DDS practice test is that it can be taken an unlimited number of times. It's advisable to take the test a few times to better prepare yourself for the Georgia drivers license test. If you feel as though you want to study more, peruse the Georgia Drivers Manual for more info. Take our road signs and signals practice test for extra preparation. Do all of this, and you will be well on your way to obtaining your Georgia drivers license.
