Learning to Drive a Bike Requires an Indiana Motorcycle Permit

You will need to know a variety of new information to pass your motorcycle permit test and get your chance to learn to drive. Our practice exams will help you make the most of your studying.

Our Motorcycle Permit Practice Test Can Help You Get Ready

The motorcycle permit test is given to both teenagers getting their first permit and adults who have driven a car for years. When you are an adult driver who has had a license for many years, you might feel you should not have to take the knowledge exam. This test is very different from the one you took to get your learner's permit. This exam covers knowledge needed to successfully and safely operate a motorcycle, which is different from that of car drivers. Teens may know that they need to pass a knowledge test, but that does not make it any less intimidating. You will find all the information you need to pass the actual exam inside your state's driver's manual for motorcyclists. For your convenience, you can download it now.

You do not need to know everything in the manual before taking your first practice test because you will find new questions each time you take one. This is a result of our program that randomly generates questions each time you begin. You will find 25 multiple-choice questions to answer. These questions are specific to motorcycle laws and safety. You might see a question about when you should turn on your headlights or how to successfully brake after one of the tires goes flat. After you have submitted the question, the correct answer is shown along with the page number and section in your driver's manual where you can review the information.

On test day, you will arrive feeling knowledgeable and confident with the help of our practice tests. Another advantage of using our practice tests is becoming comfortable with a multiple-choice format. Your actual exam will be formatted this way too. In order to pass and receive your permit, you will need to get a minimum of 80 percent of the answers correct. The time to start learning is now. After reviewing your handbook, go ahead and start your first test.
