You must take your MD Driver's license photo at your local MVA office when you go in to take your exam. When you take your photo, you should make sure that you wear what you would wear normally. It's extremely important that your face is clearly shown and recognizable. Look straight at the camera and do not smile, as a resting face is easier to identify.
When you apply for your MD Driver's License, you will need to demonstrate proof of your age, your identity, your legal status in the US, your Social Security Number (or proof of your ineligibility) and your residency in Maryland. If you are under 16, you will also need to submit proof that you have attended a Driver's Education course i.e. the Learner's Permit School Attendance Form.
