In order to get your Ohio drivers license, you'll need to pass a multitude of tests. Our BMV practice test will help you to pass these tests.
Preparation Tips and Study Material for Ohio Drivers License Test
When you're ready to obtain your drivers license for the first time, it's important to understand that you'll be required to take and pass a variety of different types of tests. These tests include both written and vision tests, as well as a driving examination. The OH BMV practice test will provide you with the tools that will have you ready to pass every test that you are faced with.
The Ohio drivers license test contains two separate sections: Ohio motor vehicle regulations and road signs and traffic signals. The BMV practice test focuses specifically on the driving rules that you'll need to know, but you can also take our Ohio road signs and signals practice test to prepare you for the other portion.
Regarding what you'll see on the practice test, it mostly centers on such driving rules as what to do when passing a car, how to react when a school bus is stopped, when to appropriately use turn signals and what to do when you're in a traffic accident. These questions are completely random and will change each time you complete the practice test. Even if you find the test difficult, you can take it as many times as necessary in order to pass it. You'll also notice that there are 20 questions on the practice test, the same number as on the Ohio drivers license test. However, you'll need to score 80 percent, or answer 16 out of 20 questions correctly, in order to pass the practice test, while the BMV version only requires a score of 75 percent to pass. If you find that the practice test has helped you, you should also look through the Ohio BMV drivers handbook for more study material.
