The Louisiana Motorcycle Permit Test Helps You Prepare To Drive Safely

By passing your motorcycle permit test, you display your readiness to pass the driving portion of the test. Practice tests will help you learn everything you need to know.

A LA Motorcycle Permit Practice Test Helps You Get Ready for the Real Thing

Since you need to learn a whole new set of skills to drive a motorcycle, you will not be surprised to learn that you need to take an additional knowledge exam before receiving a motorcycle permit. If you are taking your first permit test, you might find the whole thing a little unnerving and wonder what will be covered on the written test. The good news is that there is one source that can answer all of your questions. Everything you need to learn is in your driver's manual. When picking up a copy of the driver's manual, you will want to double check that you are getting the one for motorcyclists. If you do not have time to pick up a copy at your local DMV, downloading one here is quick and easy, and you can even print it out after download.

Our free practice tests are designed to mimic the actual test and increase your confidence that you can pass on the first try. The 25 multiple-choice questions you see on your first attempt will not be the same questions you see each time you take one of our practice exams. This is because each new practice test is randomly generated, giving you a well-rounded test experience. As you work your way through each practice session, you can make note of the page numbers in the handbook, which are displayed with any questions you miss. On your actual test day, you will appreciate all the time you have spent with our practice tests. You will need to answer 80 percent of the multiple-choice questions correctly before you can take the roadway test. Once you pass both, as well as a vision test, you will receive your Louisiana Motorcycle permit.
