When you go to take your MD Permit Test, you will need to bring documents that demonstrate proof of your age, your identity, your legal status in the US, your Social Security Number (or proof of your ineligibility) and your residency in Maryland. If you are under 16, you will also need to submit proof that you have attended a Driver's Education course i.e. the Learner's Permit School Attendance Form.
