What You Need to Know About the Motorcycle Permit Test
Driving a motorcycle is an amazing experience, but to be able to do this, all prospective motorcyclists need to obtain a Massachusetts motorcycle permit. After you progress through all of the paperwork and documentation, there will be two exams that you must pass before you are given this permit. The first is a written exam that will test you on certain rules of the road and traffic signs, while the second is a more practical on-the-road driving skills test.
The motorcycle permit practice test you will take quizzes you on the same type of rules of the road questions found on the motorcycle permit test. The questions are multiple choice, giving you four answers to choose from. As the questions on both the quiz and test are random, it is suggested that you take the practice test at least a few times to get a closer look at what you will see on the permit test. By doing so, the written exam should be much easier to pass than it was before.
The permit practice test has a total of 12 questions. The passing rate for this quiz is set to 80 percent. The motorcycle permit test is similar. It will contain 25 questions, of which 18 need to be answered correctly. The material for these questions ranges from how to stay safe in a traffic accident to avoiding hazardous road conditions. The information that you should study before taking these tests is displayed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Motorcycle Manual. As there are several other tests that you will need to take, try practicing with our road signs and signals practice test. With the right amount of practice and studying, you will be driving with a Massachusetts motorcycle permit in hand in no time.
