Nebraska Motorcycle Permit Practice Test Description

When you would like to earn a Nebraska motorcycle permit, there are certain exams you will be asked to complete. Our motorcycle permit practice test will help you study with ease.

Steps You Should Take to Pass the Motorcycle Permit Test

If you're thinking of driving a motorcycle in Nebraska, there are several different steps you will need to take to receive a permit. For instance, you must be at least 17 years of age and will need to take several tests after you have sent in your application. These tests will give you the ability to carry a motorcycle permit, but you will also need to have held a standard provisional operator's permit for a total of 12 months before applying. Once you have done so, you will be given two tests to take: a written examination and an on-cycle exam that will put your riding skills to the test. The written exam is just as important as the on-cycle exam and contains two sections, one on motorcycle rules and regulations and another that asks you to identify the different road and traffic signs in Nebraska. For the traffic signs portion, you should definitely consider taking our Nebraska Road Signs and Signals Practice Test for additional study.

Passing both of these tests on your first attempt is ideal so that you can obtain your permit right away. Our motorcycle permit practice test helps you with this process as it is designed similarly to the driving regulations portion of the motorcycle permit test. Each one of these questions will ask you about different rules and regulations, such as what not to do when riding on an unfamiliar motorcycle and the blood-alcohol content percentage that is considered illegal in the state of Nebraska. When you are looking to study for each of these tests, you should definitely peruse through the Ride Within Your Abilities portion of the Motorcycle Operator Manual. Doing so will prepare you to answer the questions correctly on both the practice quiz and motorcycle permit test. The practice test will ask you to get a rate of 80 percent or more out of 25 questions to pass. Feel free to take the quiz any number of times to better prepare yourself.
