Prep Effectively With Our MT MVD Practice Test
In Montana, any drivers earning their licenses for the first time have to pass a written knowledge exam and a road test. Drivers whose licenses have been expired may also be required to pass one or both of these exams. To do so, you must have a thorough understanding of the basic safe driving practices, the state's traffic laws, the meanings behind road signs, signals and markings used on the state's roads and your own responsibilities as a driver.
Finding the facts you need is easy; the MVD publishes the information drivers need to know to pass the Montana drivers license test in the Montana Driver Manual. But how can you be sure that you have truly learned the information included in this comprehensive manual? That is where our MT MVD practice test comes in. After reviewing the material, take our practice test to assess what you have learned and what you still need to study. Repeat it as often as you like. Because our MVD practice test is set up to mimic the actual Montana drivers license test, you will know what to expect when you schedule your appointment for the real thing. This means that studying with our MVD practice test is a great antidote to test-taking jitters.
You must be at least 16 years of age to take the written Montana drivers license test. Intended to assess whether or not you have the knowledge you will need to safely operate a vehicle on the state's roads, the exam has 33 questions. You must answer a minimum of 27 of these questions correctly to pass. After you have done so, it is time for the road test. While our practice test obviously does not help you with physically controlling the car, it does help you gain the knowledge of traffic laws, signage and driving practices that you are expected to apply during road test. Once all necessary assessments have been successfully completed, you will be able to get your Montana drivers license.
