The most important aspect of your teenage years is passing the driving test and obtaining your learners permit. The GA permit practice test will give you all of the necessary preparation to do so.

Georgia Teen Permit Practice Test Description

Taking the Georgia DDS permit test can be a particularly nerve-wracking experience, especially if it's your first time doing so. However, there are various helpful study materials and practice tests that you can utilize in order to give you the confidence that you need when taking the DDS permit test. This practice test helps you to prepare for the written, or knowledge, exam, though it can also give you some practical knowledge that you can use when taking the eventual on-the-road portion of your driving tests.

When taking the practice test, you will find that it is comprised of a large number of driving rules that you may face on the road. It is up to you to remember how you will need to react in certain driving situations so you can answer the questions accordingly and correctly. Passing this test and the driving exam will allow you to earn your Georgia driving permit. You will notice that there are 2 portions to the written exam, including the aforementioned driving rules section and a separate section that focuses on the road signs and signals that you will be presented with when driving. If you are looking to brush up on your road sign skills, you can take our Road Signs and Signals practice test.

How to Prepare for the GA Permit Practice Test

While taking the GA permit practice test, you will be tasked with answering 20 distinct questions, all of which will be randomized each time you decide to take the test. As such, they will not be exact replicas of the questions you will face when taking the actual DDS permit test, but they will give you a general idea of what the subject matter will consist of. In order to pass, you will need to answer 16 out of 20 questions correctly. You can take this practice test as many times as is necessary to improve your score. For further study material pertaining to this practice test, make sure to look through the Georgia DDS Commercial Drivers Handbook.
